Have fun and get active with family and friends in America’s Hometown!

There are so many places where you can have fun playing your favorite sport in Hannibal!

One of the fastest-growing trends in sports is pickleball, and you won’t have trouble finding the perfect court to work on your “flabjacks” and “smashes”.  There are six courts at Huckleberry Park, two courts at Norfolk and Southern Multi-Sports Complex, and opportunities to play pickleball inside the Admiral Coontz Recreation Center.

If tennis is your preference, there are two tennis courts adjacent to the pickleball courts in Huckleberry Park, along with the Hannibal High School Tennis Courts near the Hannibal Middle School.

Softball and baseball are also a great pastime in the spring, and you can find ideal fields at Douglass School/Arizona Cleaver Stemons Park and Huckleberry Park.  The Norfolk and Southern Multi-Sports Complex also has a large grassy area that can be just right for a nice game.

There are also many places for an exciting game of soccer, including large grassy areas in Riverview Park, Dulany Park, and Southside Recreation Park #2 near South Main Street.

In the mood for sand volleyball?  Be sure to check out Southside Recreation Park #1 at 1500 Recreation Drive!

Sink that perfect shot at one of the basketball courts located all over town: Norfolk and Southern Multi-Sports Complex, West Ely Park, Dulany Park, Huckleberry Park, and Spooner Creek Park.

Is disc golf your favorite?  Check out the recently expanded course at Huckleberry Park.

For traditional golf, the American Legion and Norwoods Golf Courses are beautiful places to enjoy a game. No matter which sport you choose, you won’t have to travel far to find the perfect place for a fun experience in Hannibal!
