***Updated on June 17, 2025 the bridge has reopened! The Mark Twain Memorial Bridge, located on I-72 near Hannibal, Missouri, is scheduled for a full closure starting May 30th for bridge rehabilitation work. This closure will last for up to 30 days and is expected to re-open in late June or early July, weather permitting, per MoDot.
