Suzanne Corbett is an award-winning writer, food historian and foodways interpreter whose by-line has appeared in local, regional and national publications, including AAA Explorer, St. Louis Post-Dispatch, Gazelle, West NewsMagazine, and Midwest Living and online to STLSportsPage and RealFoodTraveler.

She is the author of The Gilded Table, Pushcarts & Stalls: The Soulard Market History Cookbook, Unique Eats and Eateries of St. Louis, and co-authored A Culinary History of Missouri: Historic Foodways & Iconic Dishes from the Show-me State.  Suzanne is a double Telly Award winning producer/writer, which includes the documentary short Vintage Missouri: 200 Years of Missouri Wine.

Honored with two Telly Awards and recipient of the Missouri Media Award from the Department of Agriculture Missouri Wine and Grape Program, and named Mississippi Travel Writer of the Year, Suzanne is a Certified Culinary Professional with the International Association of Culinary Professionals, a charter member of the James Beard Foundation, a Missouri Humanities Scholar, and is a Dame of Les Dames d’Escoffier.
